Anycubic Delta Trigorilla low mount and fan support

UPDATE 2017/07/31: WARNING: I discovered that 20mm fans are extremely hard to find and the standard size is actually 25mm. To avoid being too close to the printing bed, consider using thinner fans instead. NEW 2x40mm fan support is designed to hold in place without any hardware. This experimental design is for the Trigorilla board mount on the Anycubic Delta Mini (240mm profiles). My goal is to have powerful cooling by placing a 92mm fan over the board that's easily removable. The fan support attaches to the screw boards through four strong magnets. By using a 20mm thick fan, there will be around 10mm of space between the glass bed and the fan. This can be increased by using thinner fans. The USB and power cord wires will not be accessible from outside the printer. I don't see this as a major issue, but you could always create an extension cable if needed. Structure assembly: 4x M4 square nuts or t-nuts 4x M4 8mm screws Trigorilla board assembly: 4x M3 nuts 4x M3 8mm screws with shims Fan assembly: 4x M4 nuts 4x M4 25mm screws 4x 5mm diameter magnets Instructions: Insert the M3 nuts into the Trigorilla mount and screw the board to it without tightening. Then, install the whole assembly into the lower profiles of the structure and screw it in place with the M4 square nuts (or t-nuts). Make sure everything is perfectly squared before tightening all screws. Next, attach your 92mm fan to the fan support by inserting the M4 nuts and screwing them in. The magnets need to be glued onto the columns of the fan support. To do this, place the magnets on the Trigorilla screws and add a bit of glue to them. Then, press the fan support against them to secure the magnets at the correct distance inside the columns.
