For details, please see below: Summary This is enry68's NEW design for reinforcement on ANYCUBIC Delta/Kossel Mini & PLUS 3D Printers, but works great with all printers that have Bosch 20x20 aluminum profiles. The structure is simple and strong, making your printer stable. The main parts are only three per corner (obviously including more screws, nuts, and washers): 1) Tower Support 2) Bands 3) Circular Thickness Each group must be replicated for each tower. I recommend applying the same parts to the upper side as well. After this improvement, the printer will be stable even with high-speed prints and when moved to another location. The real secret is mounting the printer with three perfectly orthogonal towers to the bases (top and bottom). If you mount the printer correctly with this reinforcement, it will be stable from day one. NOTE: I've included the design of the bands (with ANYCUBIC or DELTA logo), but if you prefer, you can use simple aluminum bands that are at least 2mm thick. To mount this structure, you'll need: On the tower: 1) Two M4 hexagonal head screws 2) Two M4 self-locking nuts 3) Two washers for M4 screws 4) Two M4 screws, 15mm long 5) Two square M4 nuts On the horizontal base: 6) Two M4 screws, 15mm long 7) Two washers for M4 screws 8) Two square M4 nuts Procedure: a) Loosen the screws that lock the towers to the corners (without removing them) b) Mount the upper part of the reinforcement on the tower c) Mount the bands between the tower reinforcement and the base d) Verify perfect orthogonality between the towers and the base e) Lock all screws of the structure (except those of the corners that keep the tower) f) Lock the screws of the corners that keep the tower See the photo for details.
