Anycubic Compact Aero Mega
thingiverse
This is an ongoing project: Combined the Anycubic I3 Mega Prusa i3 X-Carriage Converter by "petrzmax" with my remix of "Compact Bltouch/Aero for CR10/Ender3," which originated from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3022135 by "registeredthing." The result is a one-piece compact Aero BTtouch designed specifically for the Anycubic Mega. This design is optimized for use with a Titan extruder, so users will need to adjust the steps accordingly. As it stands now, an x-axis endstop spacer is required; I remixed the "Adjustable Endstop Holder for Anycubic i3 Mega" by "DavQuin." The next revision will incorporate this spacer into the model itself. To complete the assembly, visit the X-Carriage by "petrzmax" and print the plate holder, belt holder, and cable holder. I used the E3D Aero Fan Duct by "d412k5t412" for cooling purposes. It works exceptionally well on all my Enders and CR-10 machines (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2549439). Settings: x-offset -30 y-offset +19 The .stp file is included for anyone who wants to further develop this design. I printed the assembly in PETG with 35% infill, using supports and printing it on its side. The result was excellent. 4/28/19: I added a 3030 fan duct for part cooling, which is based on my own design (https://forum.e3d-online.com/threads/titan-aero-fan-options.2670/). 5/8/19: I updated the design by incorporating a 4040 fan duct. This was achieved through a quick remix of Galanes's adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1759396/files) fused in Tinkercad with the 3030 fan duct.
