Anycubic Chiron Z Shaft Stabilizer / Pillow
thingiverse
If you've ever disassembled your Chiron, you'll have noticed that the mounts for the top of the z shafts are slightly loose (about 2mm play). This design is intended to replace them directly and is part of a major overhaul I'm working on. The design is straightforward. For each pillow, you will need four 10mm M4 bolts with hex head screws - although you can use whatever type of screw you prefer. Additionally, you'll require four M4 T-nuts and one 22 OD by 8 ID by 7mm high bearing. I deliberately designed the bearing to fit snugly, eliminating the need for extra parts or adhesives. Installation is self-explanatory with the bearing facing upwards. If you appreciate my work, consider making a small donation.
