The Anycubic Chiron Filament Holder has a major flaw - the original metal sheet holder is painted, making it extremely difficult to unroll the roll. This causes the stepper motor to waste a significant amount of energy. We designed a new holder with a round axis to overcome this issue. We also added a knob for an M8 nut with an escapement, allowing you to adjust the smoothness and prevent the filament from unwinding on its own. By adjusting the lateral pressure using ball bearings, you can achieve a smooth rotation that's neither too tight nor too loose, wasting no power in the process. Alternatively, a rotary knob is available for use with M8 safety nuts.
