Anycubic Chiron Ultimate Z Axis stabilizer / reinforcement kit

Hello all, Here are my optimized designs for my new Anycubic Chiron Z axis. I love this printer, but its size requires stabilization of the Z axis to prevent wobble on tall prints. Previous designs neglected total print height, causing collisions between the Z axis carriage and other components. I've fixed this problem! No more Z wobble on tall prints No more annoying sounds from the Z axis bearings (though you'll still use them) No collision problems whatsoever Designed to accept the LCD screen without moving it I've created a complete kit for this upgrade, which requires the following parts: * Two M10 threaded rods (cut to 760mm length) * Eight M10 nuts * At least six "boat nut" assemblies with screws (for maintaining the 2020 profile) * Some washers You can see in the pictures the improved print quality after the upgrade. Now you can print up to the Chiron's maximum height without any collisions. Only two rods are necessary for this design. VERY IMPORTANT: READ THE PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: * I've oriented the parts for optimal printing; don't turn them in the slicer, and print with supports as they are. * Print all parts with at least five wall lines and 75% infill in ZigZag mode to ensure strength. Anything less will be weak! * When assembling everything together, be careful not to twist the 2020/4020 rods while inserting them, or you might break the parts and start over. * All parts and holes have been designed with ultra-tight tolerances (only 0.2mm clearance in total) for maximum rigidity. Without this, the system will be useless. * I recommend using at least two boat nuts in the lower parts (one up, one down); more are better, but you can use up to eight if needed. * Use supports even inside the prints, but don't forget to remove them from small holes if you want to avoid useless supports.
