Anycubic Chiron ultimate extruder module
thingiverse
Hello everyone, Here are the optimization designs for my new Anycubic Chiron extruder. I love this printer, but I'm not a fan of the extruder and cooler block. So, I decided to completely modify it. I designed this entire block from scratch. You'll need to use the default 40x40 fan and original screws, but don't make any new parts unless you have spare screws on hand. You'll also need to purchase a single 50x50 24V radial fan. Check out the pictures for an idea of how well it prints after the upgrade. The leveling sensor will still work perfectly - it fits right inside. Plus, this new design is lighter, weighing in at 77 grams compared to the original 114 grams (which means less wobble). READ THE PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: - I've oriented the parts for optimal printing. Don't turn them around; print them as they are with supports. - Be sure to remove supports from the brackets in the fixing holes and the cooling nozzle (look at the Cura slicer picture and disable supports accordingly). - You can print with PLA, but I highly recommend using PETG for better heat resistance! - Don't forget to secure the cables with a cable-lock, just like it's shown in the photo surrounded by red. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I hope you'll love this upgrade! Please like and download if you find this helpful! If you make one, please share your print - I'd love to see how it turns out! And if you really enjoy my work, please feel free to like my Facebook page. It would mean a lot to me: https://www.facebook.com/Zoltan3D/ A huge thank you for your support!
