Prepare for massive extrusion rates and high-quality prints with this E3D Titan Aero and Volcano Combo. Designed specifically for use with two 50mm radial cooling fans, which are required to achieve optimal performance. X-axis endstop cables must be directly soldered to the endstops, while extruder motor cables need to be extended to prevent damage or interference. To assemble the combo, you will need longer screws for the Titan Aero, including one M3x30 and two M3x40 screws. The Chiron's optical Z-endstops require a custom endstop extender printed from non-translucent filament, preferably black, with 100% infill. This is crucial to ensure proper operation of the lightswitch. To achieve accurate z-homing, raise your endstops and adjust your firmware settings accordingly. Print the combo out of ABS to prevent parts from coming loose over time. For optimal results, use Slic3er as your slicer software, but either way, trim down your accelerations and print jerk due to the higher weight of the printhead.
