Anycubic Chiron Fan duct
thingiverse
Update V5 is now available with a significantly larger volume and more symmetrical design. It looks way better than its predecessor :)\r\n\r\nThe Chiron Fan Duct, designed specifically for the stock 4010 fan, fits seamlessly onto the Chiron without requiring any modifications. \r\n\r\nThis fan duct allows you to keep the leveling probe in place while providing a substantially improved airflow compared to the factory-installed stock fan duct.\r\n\r\nThe pictures provided showcase the overhang test results from my design and testing process. The first image displays the overhang test result using this fan duct, whereas the second picture illustrates the overhang test with the stock fan duct from Anycubic.\r\n\r\nThe water cup image demonstrates a concentrated airflow directly under the nozzle. \r\n\r\nI hope you find this design helpful; it certainly made a huge difference in my prints on the Chiron, outperforming the stock version without any additional modifications. \r\n\r\n*Print Settings*\r\n\r\nMaterial: PLA - \r\nTemp: 205 \r\nSpeed: 50 mm/s\r\nResolution: 0.2 mm\r\nSupport: Touching buildplate\r\nSupport Density: 20%\r\nSupport Roof Density: 20%
