Anycubic Chiron Direct Drive OMG v2 S
thingiverse
This is my first attempt at ever creating something from nothing. I started with a Nema 17 mount plate https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26126 and the x-carriage https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4700359 and made this plate to sit on top of it and still allow you to use the stock hotend mount. You'll just need to measure the right length PTFE tubing to fill the space between the extruder and the bottom of the hotend. It's designed to use longer screws than what is used to hold the original metal housing on and the screw holes are a tight fit. I recommend threading the screws into the holes before installing it to make things easier. The breakout board works with the original screws and should be installed before the plate is mounted to the printer. I've designed it to have the plastic chain mount onto the front. I've removed and rotated the ends of the chain and the whole chain so many times, I don't remember what should specifically be changed, but the chain can't go behind anymore due to the Extruder motor on the back.OMG Extruder: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803332619156.htmlPancake extruder motor: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802815629844.htmlI know I used the Breakout Board mount from a pack on here, but I can't remember where it was from. If I find it, or if someone recognizes it, I'll update to give credit for the mount.
