Anycubic Chiron direct drive extruder mod genuine parts and position

Inspired by the "Ultimate Extruder" I created this modification which includes all original parts. The position of the nozzle as well as the leveling sensor remain exactly the same, even identical in Z to the tenth. So you don't have to do any wild rework or software changes. Only the retract I set to 1mm and 20mm/s in my slicer. In the base plate as well as in the fan housing appropriate thread inserts are to be inserted, the ball bearing from the original extruder cover to be inserted (see graphics). The rest of the assembly should explain itself. Only the cable routing to the distributor board needs to be visually improved. I have attached the STEP files for free modification. The base plate, which serves as the new extruder cover, is mounted using the two original holes over which the original V5 holder is also mounted. A screw set and M2 and M3 fusible thread inserts are required. I printed the parts with 0.15mm resolution in PETG from dasfilament.de and 4 walls for stability. For the base plate I set the "horizontal extension" to -0.03 so everything fits together. But this is different depending on the printer. Have fun building!
