ANYCUBIC BELT TENSIONER
thingiverse
SO I PRINTED A BUNCH OF THE ORIGINAL ONLY TO FIND THEY WOULDN'T WORK WHEN I TURNED THE MACHINE AROUND!!! After searching for a simple solution without drilling, cutting or large printed carriages, I couldn't find one, so I measured and it's a tight fit - the belt just about rides the top. I could probably shave a mm off the top, but I'm not motivated to do that. The belt is slightly lower than stock, and I'm not sure how that might affect things, but printed v2 with v1 on and everything was smooth. I don't know what size nut the original was supposed to be, but I refitted the slot to fit an m4 lock-nut I had - the original was oversized and it just spun at the nylon lock point. I used an m4x35 screw. Parts: * PETG * 1 M4 locking nut (came from MakerBlock kits I had) * 1 M4x35 screw (same as above) Hopefully this helps someone. p.s. It kinda clicks into place with a little force. I might still add a zip tie just for safekeeping. Probably going to put v.1 on the bed - I really like that it clicks in and I don't want to use a bunch of plastic on a whole front mount, although I might if I see the pulley bending over at all. I hope this helps someone. Any input on how to improve this part is appreciated. No input on my grammar is needed - I'm going to hell for it, I know... but was it really that hard to understand?
