Anycubic 4max pro multicolor print
thingiverse
Hello everyone, today I'm excited to share with you how I overcame the challenge of printing in multiple colors using my Anycubic 4Max Pro printer. Although this printer comes equipped with its own Marlin-based firmware, it lacks a standard command to change filament color at specific layer heights. To achieve multicolor prints, I've found a workaround that relies on the filament sensor, which requires a crucial upgrade for success. Please watch my video as I walk you through this process and show just how easy it is to print in multiple colors with your Anycubic 4Max Pro. Pay close attention during the slicing process and note down the layer height where you want to swap spools and switch to a new color. Remember, before releasing the print, manually push out about 1cm of filament from the nozzle until all traces of the old color are gone. This simple trick ensures a smooth transition between colors. With this method, achieving multicolor prints is a breeze! If you found this helpful, please give it a thumbs-up and I'll see you in the next video. Cheers!
