This is my solution for the loose cable inside the 4Max Pro that was snagging during prints and causing severe layer shifting problems. It requires two: 12.5mm diameter, 5.5mm thick rare earth magnets. These are strong enough to hold the cable securely in place. With my machine settings adjusted for ABS printing, which tends to be somewhat imprecise, I needed to do some trimming on the print. Additionally, the magnets required a bit of persuasion with a wooden mallet to fit into their holes properly. I opted for this route instead of using cable ties to secure the cable to the metal frame because it seemed like an easily removable solution.
