Anycubic 4Max Circular Fan Duct
thingiverse
I was attempting to create a dual fan full circular part cooling fan duct but it failed miserably due to inadequate space around the extruder on my Anycubic 4Max. Ultimately, I ended up with this design and I'm unsure if it surpasses the semi-circular fan duct I previously shared. Unfortunately, I haven't tested its overhangs yet. I'm also uncertain whether it will deform due to the heat block for the nozzle, but to keep it centered, I had to design it like this, and some components are alarmingly close to the heat block. So far, after conducting several small prints, I haven't observed any deformation. To enhance cable management, I added extra holes at the top part of the duct. When printing with support, ensure that you avoid generating supports within the air channels. I used an 85° Support Overhang Angle on Cura 3.3.1 and deliberately avoided placing supports in the circle itself.
