This is a remix of [Yakandu's Anycubic Kossel driver fan](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2774598) with breakouts for the TMC2130 CS and SPI pins, featuring an added fourth breakout for those using TMC2130 for the extruder in addition to X, Y, and Z axes. Printed and it's working now. The fit to the board is not as tight as I had hoped for though. I'm still having issues with the temperature of the extruder stepper, when doing relatively fast retractions in a quick sequence. Lowering the current isn't an option, because I'm starting to lose steps then. But it seems to work just fine with slower retraction speeds. I was probably overdoing things on that side. Take this as a word of warning: The TMC2130s are definitely worth their money (get the genuine SilentStepSticks version!), but they're by no means an easy drop-in replacement. You need to invest some fine tuning to get them working perfectly.
