Anycibic I3 Mega - 4 Bearings Y carriage Bed Support Plate - Y-Stop-Sensor Mount
thingiverse
I've ordered an Anycubic i3 Mega Aluminium composite Heated Bed Support, Y carriage Plate from tehnologika.net, specifically the 4 bearings version, but unfortunately, I had no idea the y stop sensor couldn't handle this plate at its current position. So, I came up with a workaround to move the sensor farther back and secure it tightly. First, print the part in 0.1 resolution and install the sensor. It fits snugly, but you'll need to use screws or hot glue to hold it firmly in place. You can reuse the original screws and screw-spacers from the sensor because you'll also have to remove the two screws at the back to insert the sensor mount. To connect everything, you'll need a 3-pin Molex extension cable like this one but much shorter: Amazon's Unbekannt 33328L InLine 3-Pin Extension.
