This is a custom coin mechanism designed for Midway/Bally style arcade machines and similar cabinets. This is my initial stab at creating this design using Fusion 360 software, so bear with me on any minor flaws - I've inadvertently switched the Y and Z axes in the process. To get a better view of the models, switch to Thingiview mode for inspection.
