Anubis, also known as Inpu, is the ancient Egyptian god of mortality, preservation, burial rituals, eternal existence, sacred burial grounds, monumental structures, and the realm beyond mortal life. The model was meticulously crafted using Zbrush's sculpting capabilities and further refined in 3dsMax with a focus on simplifying complex forms. Texturing was executed in Substance Painter to bring depth and realism to the character. Detailed high-resolution UV mapping resulted in six distinct textures: height, normal map, base color, metalness, roughness, and ambient occlusion, all designed to be 2048x2048 pixels in size for maximum clarity. The final model consists of precisely 5102 triangles, a testament to its intricate yet efficient design.
