To celebrate reaching 600 followers here on Thingiverse, I decided to let follower number 600 choose my next sculpt. User kobarf was the lucky one, and he requested an Egyptian god. I chose Anubis because of his distinctive jackal head, which I think is pretty cool. I sculpted him in my own modern style with a dynamic pose, giving him a kopesh as his weapon instead of the traditional staff of office and ankh. This change makes him more suitable for use in RPG settings.
