Antweight Horizontal Bar Spinner - Tiger Shark V2
thingiverse
This is version 2 of the frame and my first foray into 3D printing. You'll notice in the video that the weapon is positioned on top instead of at the bottom. It turned out I didn't have wheels large enough to make the robot sit level with the ground, so the blade would touch the ground due to its length. To compromise, I moved the weapon to the top, which worked out to some extent. ### Weapon System I used a [Weapon motor] that I believe was an A2212 at the time, but I may have had a bigger motor in the robot. The [Blade Hub] is also crucial for this system. During this event, the weapon blade was an 8x2 inch piece of aluminum that can be purchased from any hardware store. ### Drive Assembly For the drive assembly, I used a [Drive Motor - Fingertech Spark], [Snap hubs - 0.75" wide] and [3 inch foam wheels]. https://youtu.be/8hFGeVeIb_0 https://youtu.be/gdHC0fycUas
