Antweight Horizontal Bar Spinner - Tiger Shark V1
thingiverse
This is a first version of Tiger Shark, which may not perfectly represent the robot but comes close. As such, the design might be incomplete and will require modifications to final parts in order to fit everything together. I don't recall the exact pulley system used for the weapon, but the calculator on Fingertech Robotics website suggests that it could be a 26t and a 9t. The original was some no-name hobbyking without markings. The holes were designed for that motor, but the one Fingertech sells will work if you modify the mounting holes. The weapon system includes pulleys 26t and 9t, belt - 50T, and weapon motor. The original motor had no name or markings. The holes were designed for that motor, but the one Fingertech sells will work with modified mounting holes. Drive assembly parts include drive motor - Fingertech Spark and snap hubs - 0.75" wide. These design should be able to fit Fingertech spark motors, but I think I had N20s in at the time. The wheels are two inch foam wheels and bearing blocks. The frame was all CNC milled parts. The top and bottom plates were milled from 0.0625" garolite sheet. The main body of the frame was milled from 0.75" UHMW. These parts can be printed and should work. https://youtu.be/6ZTGp-Pt6zE
