AntPCB CPCBM Engraving Bit Helper
thingiverse
Insert the engraving bit into the tool and secure it with the nut and chuck. Next, insert the spindle and tighten by hand until snug. For extra security, use an 11 mm spanner to give it a few more turns. To achieve precise results, print at a layer height of 0.1 mm. Verify your printer's calibration is spot on since the bit holder has a very narrow tolerance to minimize runout issues. If you've set up your head correctly, the tool should just clear the MDF once the bit is in place.
