Antonia Minor, also known as Julia Antonia Minor, Antonia the Younger or simply Antonia (31 January 36 BC - September/October AD 37), was a daughter of Mark Antony and Octavia Minor who became a renowned figure in ancient Rome. Born in Athens, Greece, she lived there for a short time before being brought to Rome by her mother and siblings around 36 BC. Unfortunately, Antonia never got the chance to meet her father, Mark Antony, who divorced her mother in 32 BC and took his own life three years later. Raised by her mother, uncle, and aunt Livia Drusilla, she grew up in a wealthy household that owned properties across Italy, Greece, and Egypt. As a prominent woman in Rome, Antonia welcomed many visitors to her home, earning her the respect of those who knew her.
