The designers brought this stunning dress to life by blending innovative 3D printing technology with the time-honored art of exquisite dress making, giving this fashion brand its distinctive signature. Atop this magnificent creation, the top part was expertly 3D printed and then carefully sewn onto a delicate tulle yoke. From there, it was seamlessly joined to the skirt's pleated organza. The fusion was tastefully highlighted with precise square beads, adding a touch of understated elegance to the overall design. The creative process involved the following key specifications: Quality Standards: To achieve perfection, the 3D printing technology utilized a layer thickness of 0.25mm and shell thickness of 0.8mm. Printing Speed: A speedy 35mm/s was set as the ideal pace for an efficient printing process, accompanied by optimal temperatures of 190°C for the Printing Temperature and 60°C for the Hotbed Temperature. Materials Selection: The selected filament was PLA with a precise diameter of 2.85mm and a carefully calibrated flow rate of 94%. The printing machine itself featured a nozzle size of 0.4mm, perfectly suited to meet the project's requirements. Optimized Printing Parameters: - Retraction speed set at an optimal pace of 40.0mm/s with a precise distance of 0.5mm. - A blend of travel and filling speeds was achieved through settings of 45mm/s for travel speed, 20mm/s for bottom layer speed, 35mm/s for outer shell speed, and 40mm/s for inner shell speed.
