<p>Antivibration foot needs to be printed from filament colorFabb varioShore TPU at 220 °C (available in black and natural white) - this filament uses foaming technology for changing density by temperature used at printing - therefore printed antivibration foot is soft and can absorb most of the vibrations at printing meanwhile printer is stable.</p><p>Printed on Original Prusa i3 MK3S+, satin powder coated sheet, no supports needed</p><p>Print settings:</p><ul><li>layer height 0,2 mm</li><li>perimeters 2</li><li>solid layers 4 top, 4 &nbsp;bottom</li><li>avoid crossing perimeters, max detour length 100 %</li><li>skirt - loops 0</li><li>no brim</li><li>infill density 15 %, gyroid</li><li>top fill pattern monolitic, bottom fill pattern monolitic</li></ul><p>Filament settings - based on colorFabb nGen flex standard profile in PrusaSlicer with following changes:</p><ul><li>extrusion multiplier 0,57</li><li>density 1,22 g/cm3</li><li>temperature nozzle 220 °C, bed 40 °C</li></ul><p>Filament used (per one piece, four needed):</p><ul><li>length 1,60 m</li><li>weigth 4,68 g</li><li>cost 0,33 €</li></ul>
