Antique Well hand Pump Garden Fountain

This is a compact, antique-style well hand pump I designed specifically as a garden fountain. The pump stands approximately 8 inches tall and can be attached to a piece of 1-inch inner diameter PVC pipe, allowing users to adjust its height according to their preference. To assemble the pump, I employed Super glue to bond the parts together. The bottom flange is also secured to the PVC pipe using the same adhesive. A few 6-32 screws hold the pump handle in place, while the flange screws and nuts are presumably 4-40. Minimal post-processing sanding was required, as I opted to cover up layer lines with a coat of Rust-Oleum Universal Antique Pewter Hammered Enamel Spray Paint. To complete the setup, I connected the pump to a fountain using a water pump and a 5/16-inch inner diameter hose. The system is powered by a battery/solar panel/controller combination that only activates during daylight hours for several hours at a time.
