Antique Fuel Pump
thingiverse
This model was designed using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5LlQesHf464. Some stylish gas pumps caught my eye on Thingiverse, so I decided to create a similar design for everyone's enjoyment. You have the option to print this model as a complete piece or in separate parts, allowing you to customize and assemble it with your favorite colors. To add a realistic touch, use a small tube as a hose. Available files include: 1. All parts 2. Assembled version 1 3. Assembled version 2 4-12. Individual parts for assembly Recent updates: September 8, 2018: Fixed the top cap on assembled models to resolve printing issues. December 12, 2018: Adjusted the mid ring and GAS lettering to ensure they lie flat on the bed plate. For a successful first print, use the x2 file size setting. Please note that this model can be prone to top heaviness if not properly secured. To prevent this, consider adding weight to the bottom of the housing during printing. I used lead pellets for this purpose, which will be sealed inside once the housing is complete. If you have any suggestions or questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you for taking a look and enjoy printing!
