Antikythera Mechanism
thingiverse
The 2000-year-old shipwrecked analog computer sketch is printable and doesn't serve a functional purpose but looks fascinating. Created in SketchUp using online images, the gears' dimensions are based on Wikipedia specs. The remaining parts are loose tracings, serving as a canvas for post-print texturing experiments. Printable files are sized for a Replicator1, with split front and back sections for hand offsetting. PLA prints were glued together, and future versions may include steel shot for weight.
