anti Z wobble without extra stuff

Hey, this is a anti Z wobble for the standard trapezoidal spindles, which uses the golden standard thread to work. I just glued it into the given hole and it worked fine. I have the Geeetech I3 Pro B note: the holes for the screws in the stl arent working out. Enjoy :)
