I use a 5/16 ABS to enlarge the middle hole, fitting it into place. Smoothing isn't necessary, as it will adapt itself once attached. The fit may be tight, so sanding the sides slightly can help secure it in place. A drop of machining oil on top helps seal it firmly. After 20-30 prints, the need for replacement becomes apparent, and producing extra backups is always a good idea. Regularly inspect the anti-Z wobble after prolonged use to ensure smooth operation. Two holes accommodate screws, but they're unnecessary as the fit is tight. This solution preserves Z height, a major advantage. The concept originated from Thingiverse's 85707 project.
