I'm building a custom isolator pad for my i3 steel machine using packing foam to minimize vibrations. This design fits snugly onto a 3mm thick frame plate and can easily be adapted to accommodate thicker frames, including 4, 5, and 6 millimeter plates with minimal modifications required.
