This are anti vibration dampers for the Sidewinder X1 and, probably, for all other printers. Print them in TPU. I did some test, and for my TPU, the best settings are with 12% honeycomb infill with 2 shells and 3 top/bottom. You should do some test to define the correct infill based on your TPU. Print as the picture. No support needed.
