Anti-Vibration Case Fan Mount

Anti-Vibration Case Fan Mount

I ordered the wrong size Noctua case fan, and being an idiot, I forced the included anti-vibration mounts through holes that were too small for them. Several were beheaded, leaving me with only two functional anti-vibration case fan mounts. To create new mounts, I modeled one using a remaining good mount as a reference. I strongly recommend using flex filament for this print to ensure flexibility. Using one of the v2 files is also recommended; it doesn't matter which version you choose (with or without a notch), but I think the notch was only added to make solid rubber case fan mounts easier to pull through narrow holes. I printed my mount in flex with 0% infill, making it squishy by only printing perimeters. However, this caused problems with the base, which didn't print correctly since it was hollow. To fix this issue, I created a modifier file and loaded it via Slic3r's modifier feature, setting that portion to 100% infill. My results were mediocre, but ultimately unnecessary because my case fan adapter made these mounts redundant.
