So I printed the Milk Bottle Locking Cap by peaberry and found that the joints between the fixed and rotating parts wouldn't have stopped any of my office's sly milk thieves.\r\n\r\nI decided to give it a shot myself, and right now, it's a print in progress.\r\n\r\nI used a standard 608 bearing in the design, which should do the trick.\r\n\r\nThe Bearing Holder will need supports when printed, but everything else looks good to go.\r\n\r\nYour print settings won't matter too much.\r\n\r\nYou'll need to print two of the Bearing Bushes.\r\n\r\nThe bearing holder has 2.5mm holes for 3mm screws, either tap them out or use self-tappers.\r\n\r\nThe holes for the key should be 2mm, and you'll need suitable nails to go through the body.\r\n\r\nI plan to drill a hole in the milk bottle cap and use a stainless steel M3 nut and bolt to keep everything together securely.
