This intriguing gadget was conceptualized during an exploration of movement techniques for puzzles. As I played with it, observing its motion, I found myself growing increasingly fond of it. This laser-cut project was designed with a thickness of 3mm in MDF in mind. The design is scalable, allowing you to adjust the material thickness as needed. For instance, scaling up by 166.66% would enable you to cut it from 5mm plywood using a standard laser cutter.
