Three years ago I bought an excellent woven silk belt with a stylish buckle on Ali-Express. I still use it with pleasure, but woven silk, while strong and durable, has one disadvantage - it is slippery and when tightening it slips a little in the buckle frame. Designed a thin overlay on one of the buckle frames from elastic plastic (I used Elastan D-100, you can use TPU clones). The problem was successfully solved - the belt no longer has a tendency to "self loosen", while the appearance of the beautiful belt is not spoiled.
