Anti-Roll System For Delta Rods Anycubic Predator

This innovative system has been crafted to maintain Delta Rods in perfect alignment during printing processes, ensuring optimal performance. Designed specifically for Anycubic Predator Rods, it can also be adapted for printers with similar rods. Unlike a Rod Damper, which applies lateral forces, this system relies on the inherent resistance of flat cable ties to counteract twisting deformations. By strategically utilizing these cable ties, users can maintain their printer's rod alignment without additional dampening mechanisms. To assemble a complete set, six pieces are required (Part 1 + Part 2 = 1 unit). Printing requires no supports, making it an efficient process. For secure attachment, I've used one drop of super glue on my original Anycubic Rods. Alternatively, users can opt for biadhesive tape or a small side screw, taking advantage of the side hole provided. To lock the pieces in place, 250mmx4.5mm plastic cable ties are employed. It's essential to note that these springs should not be over-tightened; only a few "clicks" will suffice to avoid damaging your printer. When installing the system, ensure that the six pieces are attached to the Effector Side of the Rods and carefully align them with the fish eyes. Please exercise caution when working with this experimental setup, as it is still a work-in-progress project.
