Anti-noise for Reprap Huxley 40mm fan

Anti-noise for Reprap Huxley 40mm fan

thingiverse

Initially, I noticed that my Reprap Huxley's hot end fan was vibrating excessively, leading to wavy lines in prints. The issue arose because the fan fins got caught while tightening against the cooling block. To solve this problem, I created an easy fix by printing a 2mm thick noise-reducing frame for the 40mm fan. Not only does it eliminate the noise, but also allows for a tighter screw connection between the heat sink and aluminum cooling block. This is my first shared design! To implement this solution, simply print out the frame and place it between your fan and heat sink.
