Here's a budget-friendly DIY solution to convert an O2cool neck fan into a goggle de-fogging system, similar to the $75 ex-fog system. Simply attach the print to the end of the neck fan using tape and hot glue some tubes to redirect air into your goggles. You can find these affordable neck fans at outdoor stores or Walmart for just $7. They run on two AA batteries, making them an economical choice.
