Everything will depend on the success of the latter. The mask was designed, conceived and developed with the main objective of being easy to print and fast. The thickness of the mask shell is less than 2mm thick, which reduces the amount of material needed, and reduces its printing time. With a 0.4mm nozzle, in 0.2mm quality, and a printing speed of 60mm, the mask is printed in less than 5 hours. And in a little over eight hours, your mask is complete. The mask consists of 2 parts: The "Front" part, which includes a grid where the fabric, cotton or foam filtration will be housed. It was designed to accommodate 4mm thick foam. And the mask is made up of a second part that covers the mouth, the nose, and part of the cheeks. With the right foam or fabric, the mask can easily become an FFP3 mask. For "hygienic" reasons, we recommend printing in PLA or PETG.
