Taking another shot! The 1/4-20 threads cut through the walls of this smaller square piece almost completely, so it's slightly larger than before - with a correspondingly enlarged square hole in the outer piece. I printed the previous one using ABS material with 100% infill and it turned out fantastic. Updates and combinations will follow once testing is finished.
