The first time you thread the screw, it will be really tight. You will need to moved thread and unthread the screw a couple of times to get it moving right. Use a M4 screw on the smaller screw hole to adjust the tightness of the nut. Not absolutely needed but some Silicone lubricant on the insides work well.
