Anti Backlash Nut / Ender 3 v2 or similar
thingiverse
I tried a different model but made my own as it wasnt flush because the bottom nut pertrudes up to top as pictured. Fits on my Ender 3 V2 but likely fits on others. Before applying I suggest finding a youtube video on having your z-motor aligned. My Z-rod is slightly bent, VERY SLIGHTLY though so I wouldnt worry to much about that. If you can straighten it then do it. I followed this Ender 3 guide for my Ender 3 V2: https://youtu.be/hgfTVNBRRTo How I used this Anti-Backlash Nut: - loosely screw on the 3D Printed part - move the x axis almost to the top - measure both points [] as pictured - make adjustments to move 3d printed part closer/farther so the z-rod top measurement is as equal you can get it to the bottom measurement - screw on tight On a side note you might want to remove the blue extruder knob as it touches on my metal extruder frame. Not sure if its the same for the stock black frame.
