anti backlash nut

My Reason for Creating This CNC Machine
I built my own CNC machine using affordable T8 spindles. Although the standard anti-backlash nuts with springs are functional, they lack reliability. The maximum load is equal to the spring's pressure. Increasing the spring strength would boost the load but also increase turning resistance.
How My Design Works
My design eliminates springs, reducing backlash to nearly zero. I assembled it using two T8 nuts. One nut is mounted on the carriage, while the other is pushed away from the first one by bolts to minimize backlash. The PLA piece serves as a locknut and ensures the second T8 nut cannot turn due to M3 bolt heads in the first T8 nut.
What You'll Need
I printed the part in PLA with 100% infill. To replicate my design, you will need: 4 M3 nuts for the PLA nut 2 T8 nuts For the first T8 nut, acquire 4 bolts with matching head sizes to fit within the PLA nut. The bolt's head measures 5.4 mm in diameter and 3 mm high. I sourced these bolts from https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/32968483467.html. For the second T8 nut, you will need 4 M3 bolts approximately 15 mm long. I used 20 mm bolts as they were my only option at the time.
