I wanted to eliminate some wobble marks from my prints. Removed the standard nut from the M5 rod. You can easily notice the difference in the Marvin (left: before changes). Edit 2016-10-05: After several months of using this mod on the printer, I'm thrilled with the results. Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:694575, and adapted to helloBeeprusa frame..
