I've designed a ceramic or plastic wire insulator using Fusion 360, incorporating features I found lacking in other versions. Many designs have sharp edges where the wire touches, resulting in stress points that can cause wire breaks or insulator failure over time. My design addresses this issue by incorporating smooth curves and rounded edges in the wire channels, allowing force to be distributed evenly across a larger surface area.
