Just a hat for the GFK 10m mini pole from dx-wire. It can be used to attach vertical wire antennas. I did not verify whether it's strong enough for horizontal wire antennas as well. If used outdoor for longer time I suggest to not use PLA but e.g. ABS or ASA. This is the symmetric version the design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4949325. May be it's better balancing the load on the pole segment. Support is required (in Cura - support pattern: Lines, Z DIstance: 0.2)
