Antenna adapter for Koma Field Kit
thingiverse
The Field Kit by Koma Electronik is an electronic music instrument that features a radio receiver with an external antenna input. This input comes in the form of a 3-pin header socket. This conversion accessory changes that socket into two BNC jacks. To do this, you will need several additional components: * Two panel-mount BNC jacks like Amphenol 031-221-RFX. * A length of 3-conductor ribbon cable along with matching header pins and housing. You can find these sold as RC servo extension cables. * Solder to connect everything together. * Optional but recommended: about 25 mm of solid uninsulated wire. This model is not particularly optimized for its purpose. The case could use some strengthening ribs, and the snap-fit does not hold very well. I glued mine shut after confirming it was working properly. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the inside before gluing it shut.
