Antec Veris Modding
thingiverse
Having an HTPC with an Antec Veris case on which was installed a original 350W power supply and having just above a GeForce GTS450 graphics card that consumed many Watts I had to necessarily update the power supply with one more powerful at 500W. This update however forced me to make some internal changes to the cabinet, as listed below: 1) A bracket screwed onto the case to secure the power supply which has different dimensions compared to the original; 2) A spacer to compress the power supply for better stability; 3) Having removed the internal aluminum support I had to find an alternative for the 2.5" HDD, securing it to the side fan; 4) Also for the drive I had to recreate the internal support; 5) The GeForce GTS 450 video card overheated too much so I installed two 52x52mm fans laterally, and now it's very cool ;-)
